The 66th season of entertainment from the Fine Arts Guild of the Rockies is all magic from two professionals who wow crowds throughout the United States and overseas with their slight of hand tricks. Youngsters from six to 96 will laugh, smile and sometimes scratch their heads trying to decide just how did he do that?
Up first will be Braden Carlisle, a resident of Fort Collins whose shows don’t stop at the borders of Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. He recently performed a dozen shows during a seven-week run in Florida. He caught the magician bug when in high school where he started doing card tricks. It was just a hobby until he was a sophomore in college at George Mason University in Virginia. Now, in addition to his travel schedule, he’s seen monthly old on the stage at the Dairy Center in Boulder.
Following a short intermission Ben Young hits the stage. A Las Vegas resident, Ben has been seen on multiple stages in his hometown, but he travels and performs internationally, including for troops stationed overseas. Most recently he performed in Iraq. Ben’s a Comedy Magician and gets events worldwide rocking with laughter in his modern and upbeat magic show by combining magic, mind-reading using a heaping dose of comedy.
